Once your item is received we will send you an alert that the item has arrived. Please allow up to 2 business days following this return to see your credit allocated. 

Please note that returns have to be done within 14 days from the date you received the package.

• Please note a refund does not include any shipping charges.
• All items can be returned as long as it meets the return criteria below:
• In its original condition with tags attached and hygiene seals intact.
• No signs of wear (marks from tan, deodorant or other personal stains).
• Items may only be returned with proof of purchase.
• Items must be returned in original ALMAYA bag.
