We believe in our product — so much so that even sale items are eligible for returns.
If the fit’s not right or you’d like to swap sizes, you’re welcome to exchange or return your item within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll cover the shipping for all exchanges within Australia.
Prefer a refund instead? No problem — just note that return shipping for refunds will be at your own cost.
What can be returned?
All items (including sale!) are eligible if they’re:
- In original condition, in its original Almaya bag, with tags and hygiene seal intact
- Unworn, with no marks (from tan, deodorant, etc.)

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law:
Our policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, not as described, or does not perform as expected, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund, and we will cover the cost of return shipping in these cases.
